The customer must inspect the good within a reasonable time after their receipt and are deemed accepted goods unless within 7 days of receipt the customer notifies Atlasworxs that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect the customers statutory rights).
If no such action is taken, Atlasworxs will consider the products as being accepted and fit for purpose, and may not accept any reject at a later date.

- Any mounted goods unless it is damaged.
- Goods not notified of rejection within 7 days of receipt.
* Items that require fitting are not classed as faulty if they are fitted wrongly or by an incompetent / unqualified person. We will not accept any returns from wrongly installed parts or people who change their minds halfway through installation and try to blame the product because it got too difficult.
** This includes dents, scratches or anything that would prevent us from reselling the item.
All goods MUST be returned in its original packaging.
Wrong items shipped by us must be unopened and undamaged.
Notify us within 7 days for a return and send the item within 30 days of receipt.
Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement.
The Defect or wrongly shipped products must be returned to Atlasworxs before a refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returned goods that are our fault will be reimbursed. If we decide to take a return that is not our fault, then you will have to pay for this and it will not be reimbursed.
